At the show, SloanLED is debuting Prism12, an improved version of its acclaimed premium 12 V LED channel letter lighting module, SloanLED Prism. It’s ideal for channel letter applications 3–8 in (75–200 mm) deep and is available in White (7100 K, 6500 K, 5000 K, 4000 K, 3000 K), Red, Orange, Green, and Blue. Prism12 features a new asymmetrical gradient micro-prism lens design for wider row spacing and incredible efficacy. SloanLED backs Prism12 with its 10-year product and labor warranty.
SloanLED is also premiering its expanded VL4 line of value-priced modules. The extended line is available in Standard (White [7200 K, 6500 K, 5000 K, 4000 K, 3000 K], Red, Green, and Blue), Mini (White [7200 K, 6500 K, 5000 K, 4000 K, 3000 K], Red, Green, and Blue), HO (White [7200 K, 6500 K, 5000 K, 4000 K, 3000 K], Red, Green, and Blue), and Super HO (White [6500 K]). SloanLED backs VL4 with its 10-year product/5-year labor warranty.
SloanLED is launching Spectrum RGBW Module for channel letters 4–8 in (102–200 mm) deep. Spectrum RGBW Module delivers the power and reliability customers expect from SloanLED while achieving the widest color gamut and brightest whites, which is not possible with basic RGB modules offered by most competitors. It features excellent thermal management for greater safety and reliability. It is covered by a licensing agreement that protects both the installer and end-user from Signify (Philips Lighting) royalty fees associated with the patented RGB technology, and SloanLED backs it with its 10-year product/5-year labor warranty.
New this year for retail applications are the recently announced SloanLED BrightLINE 2 and BrightLINE 2 LP (low power). BrightLINE 2 delivers bright, uniform illumination in single-sided, fabric-face light boxes 1.2–4.7 in (30–120 mm) deep and brings a massive increase in efficacy over its predecessor, allowing 50% more product per power supply without sacrificing brightness. SloanLED BrightLINE 2 LP is optimized for applications 1.57 in (40 mm) deep or less, balancing brightness and product spacing to achieve incredible loading of 44 (long) sticks per 100 W power supply. Both BrightLINE 2 and BrightLINE 2 LP are available in 6500 K and 4000 K and come in short and long lengths for ease of installation. SloanLED backs BrightLINE 2 and BrightLINE 2 LP with its 5-year product and labor warranty.
For exterior signage that requires high brightness levels, BrightLINE Outdoor will also be on display. It’s available in 6500 K and brings the performance and versatility of BrightLINE 2 to outdoor shallow, single-sided, push-through signs and light boxes 1.2–8.0 in (30–200 mm) deep. BrightLINE Outdoor comes in short and long lengths and features an outdoor silicone coating for safe, reliable use in exterior applications.
