Product Development

Min Gwak returns to SloanLED as Product Development Staff Engineer, focusing on Commercial Lighting product. Min previously worked at SloanLED for 12 years on our Engineering Team and has software and controls expertise.

Vic Bupasiri, also a returning employee, fills the role of Quality Technician. Vic brings the skills and knowledge to provide valuable input to the continuous improvement of our processes, products, and services.

Paul Black joins us as Commercial Lighting Product Manager. With 25+ years of experience in the lighting industry, he has worked in many capacities, including lighting design, procurement, product design, and new technology investigation.

Abel van der Drift will join the team as EU-ROW Customer Support Engineering Technician and serve as the in-house technical expert for our Zoetermeer customer service and EU-ROW sales teams. Abel will provide layout services, installation support, and troubleshooting.

Global Sales

Macer Bridges joined us as Regional Sales Manager, Northern Europe, filling the role left by Barry Blythe when he moved into his new role as Director of Sign Product Solutions. Macer brings 20+ years of experience in the sign industry.

Jules Villanueva joins us as Key & National Account Manager. Jules landed in the sign lighting business in 2005 and never looked back, finding success in program specification in the general illumination and sign markets.

Emmanuel Martin was already well known to SloanLED Europe before joining Sales Manager for the Iberia region. He brings considerable knowledge and technical skill to our expanding European sales team.

Giuseppe Boggio Merlo is the newest addition to our European team as Sales Manager for Italy. He is technically skilled and has advanced knowledge of and an extensive network in the sign industry through his work in Media/ADV/Entertainment areas, industrial manufacturing (i.e., Digital Printing) & high technological content (i.e., LED Technologies).

Business Operations & Finance

Sophie Monfared joined SloanLED as Accounts Payable Specialist, focusing on our European operations.

Phil Hershkowitz joined us as IT Business Operations Manager. Phil brings multi-faceted IT experience in his 20+ years of business managing large and small IT groups.
