Our thoughts are with you, your families, and everyone impacted by the outbreak of COVID-19. At SloanLED, we are working diligently to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and channel partners around the world. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate through this time together. Please know that we are doing everything in our power to continue business as usual and maintain our high levels of support.

As an organization, we are undertaking specific actions to strictly adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and local public health orders for combating and preventing the spread of the virus. In our offices, we are practicing social distancing and staying vigilant about maintaining hygiene protocols. In support of remote staff and our customers and partners, we are minimizing business travel to only the essential—instead, utilizing web conferencing technologies to move face-to-face activities online as much as feasible.

In terms of inventory and product availability, our global distribution network and supply chain remain well-positioned to support your business needs. Fortunately, we had already taken action to expand and diversify our manufacturing capabilities and locations, with all of them currently operating at normal levels.
